Palm Springs is a fun location to shoot and we’re lucky that we live so close to it! I love that wedding guests get to make a weekend out of it and enjoy all the fun and sun that Palm Springs has to offer. We got to shoot Blair and Nicole’s wedding at the Riviera Hotel. The decor and feel is so funky and the pool was crazy town! It looked like everyone was having a blast.
I have to throw a shout to all my Eli Alexander Salon brides. A few years back I shot my bestie’s wedding and since then we have shot weddings for 4 other girls that work at the salon and Nicole makes our grand total 6! I love going to get my hair done and seeing familiar faces and I especially loved being at Nicole’s wedding and seeing all our Mathieu Photography couples there. I love my job!!!
I also have to say that we worked with some rad vendor’s! Bre and Danae from Joyful Weddings and Events were wonderful (they even sent us home with treats). Cachet Fiore supplied the gorgeous florals. And we got to work with our sweet buddy Brad (bestie’s husband) who shot video. It was a dream team and we had a great time and partied the night away.
Nicole and Blair, you guys are awesome! It was so fun getting to be there for your big day! We hope you love your photos and are enjoying your time as newlyweds!!
