Hannah & Kurt (part one)

We love all the wonderful ladies over at ITN (In The Now Weddings and Events) and when they asked us to be a part of something cool they were doing we said yes, even before we knew what exactly what it was. We had the opportunity to work with some really great vendors for the Inspired Creations Contest a few weeks ago that Elizabeth Anne Designs and The Sweetest Occasion have put on. We took a bunch of photos...some of this wonderful couple below and some of a couple of cute little kids and of course some details of the great event design that ITN created for the contest. Lunch Pail Pictures did some great behind the scenes video as well here's the link. There were so many photos I have broken it up into a couple posts. This is the first. Jeff & Kerry Hitched!

There are some weddings that just pull more emotion out of you than usual. The day started off with Kerry's gorgeous room at Pelican Hill. (Praise God for holding off on the rain until 10 o'clock at night!) I saw framed photos and old journals and her twin sister gently reminded me that their mom had past when the girls were young and so these precious things were here as a reminder. Jeff being the thoughtful man he is bought Kerry a beautiful Tiffany journal to start their own story in. I couldn't help but see these personal things and get teary-eyed. I especially love that Kerry and her sister recreated a photo taken of their mother on her own wedding day on each of their respective wedding days. And then when Kerry came down the aisle... forget about it! Jeff was a teary mess and so was I. Our friend and past bride Mikaila commented on how awesome it is to see a man SO in love with his bride and I second that completely. It was so awesome to see such a surge of emotion. 

Aside from all the happy tears there were laughs, funny moments and stunning details. And Kerry, she was old Hollywood glam personified! She looked amazing! What an awesome start to our 2011 wedding season! 

Jeff and Kerry, we think that you guys make an amazing team and we are so excited to watch your story unfold!
