Brittany and Keith were a ton of fun to shoot and super sexy! What a fun afternoon in Corona Del Mar. We are so excited to shoot their wedding later this year in Laguna Beach!! Happy Thursday everyone!!

Amanda and Ryan are completely adorable. This is what almost a decade of young love looks like. I (Molly), have known Ryan since he was a wee babe. His family was like family to my aunt and uncle and they were always around at gatherings for birthdays and holidays. I’ve been pondering a lot lately the idea of shared experiences and the way it can draw people together. I can’t say that I know Ryan in a deep friendship kinda way but we have shared many laughs and conversations and it’s things like that that make you feel connected no matter how long it’s been. The dynamics of family and what that really means as you grow up is so complicated and beautiful. So many of the people we can condsider family have been chosen by us and for us by God. Wow, I got way off topic with my rambling but these two are like family to us and we’re really excited to shoot their wedding!! We love you guys. Love each other through all that life throws at you. We moved into our house over three years ago. We had no furniture and no credit card debt and ONE tiny 9 month old. (Ahh, how quickly things can change.) I wanted desperately to have people over for a girls night but I was foolishly embarrassed that we had an empty house. (Paying off our debts now I realize that the couches and the rug were truly NOT that important) But nonetheless off we went, dragging my sweet Matt y to Cost Plus to search for the “perfect” rug (HOURS before girls night). We rushed around and made a hasty decision and bought a rug and in the check out line was an adorable girl, sweetly ringing up our purchases whilst sporting an engagement ring. We chatted for a hot second and I, not so casually, handed her a business card and told her to ‘call us if she needed us.’ I never guessed after all this time while Mel and Tyler were finishing school and planning slowly that she had held onto our card. Meeting up with them and rehearing the story of how they found us was so much fun and we are so excited to shoot their August wedding!! I believe that God works in the details. How rad of a story is that?!

Kimiko and Robert were a blast to shoot. Their dog Bella was sweet and excited about just about everything. I love when I don’t really have to direct couples much and they just love each other and can snuggle and kiss with out me begging for it. It’s probably a good sign they’ll be together forever. Another perfect couple…can’t wait for the wedding.

Here’s Luke and Lalaine. They’re the best! I don’t say that just because they’re family, I say it because it’s true. We are super excited to shoot these two cool cats’ wedding.
