Matt and I are constantly being reminded how small our world is. Nearly everything and everyone is connected in some way, shape or form. Today as Matt and our awesome intern Corey were putting the finishing touches on these photos we found out that Corey knows Jenny Gizzi from school. Jenny and Glenn were referred to us by our friend Josh when we booked, met and shot their wedding in a matter of 4 days. We then shot Heather and Brennan’s wedding a year later and ran in to Glenn and Jenny because Heather and Glenn were BFF’s while growing up. We noticed a large bump sticking out from Jenny’s tummy and learned that Jenny and I had due dates only DAYS apart from each other!! WHEW! If you could believe there are about 10 more connections from us to Glenn and Jenny but I will spare you the details. Suffice it to say our community is large but so small at the same time. I always think it’s so cool when I meet wtih potential clients who found us while searching through the interwebs and notice that we have taken photos of people they know! How cool is that!?
WOW, sorry for the ramble, I get easily excited. (that’s what she said)
Anyway, Glenn and Jenny are super rad and we’re so sad that they packed up the family and moved to Colorado. But we’re so happy that we got to see them when they came out to visit! Noah is adorable and his nickname is Thunderbolt!! Seriously, this kid is destined for greatness!
Gizzis we love you. It’s been an honor and a pleasure to get to know you and to capture the growth of your family. See you soon!
Great job on this family shoot guys:) Love the emotion you captured!
LOVE them all! Impossible to pick a fave! :) To make your world even smaller, Glenn and I were like BFFs our freshman year at Biola. SO happy to see him happy!!
